HTF Research carried out primary qualitative research with 45 C-Suite international financial institutions (FIs) between September and October 2020. The purpose was to understand the impact of Covid-19 on financial institutions and how they were preparing for the future.

This research focuses on a number of specific areas including digital transformation – especially the acceleration of cloud adoption, remote working, collaboration tools and others.
