HTF Resources is the resourcing arm of HTF Group. We cover Financial Services firms (sell and buy side), Consultancies and Software Vendors.

We do projects on a contingency basis meaning we only get paid when we successfully deliver.

Resourcing

Our Candidates come from:

  • Our database of over 1,000 Associates and Candidates
  • Our contacts (and referrals from) in our 20,000+ database
  • Industry databases such as LinkedIn

With LinkedIn contacts we do comprehensive profiling beyond what internal recruiters and other recruitment firms carry out.

Screening

Candidates are reviewed not by internal resourcers or recruiters but by ex-industry practitioners who are able to provide more comprehensive screening.

Interview and Hiring Process

We work very closely with the hiring firm and the candidate to manage the process and maximise the acceptance rate of candidates.
