Peer Review Research

Peer Review Overview

The Peer Review focuses on your peers’ strategy in your area of interest and will help you benchmark yourself in this space. A Peer Review will be of great value to you if you are looking to:

  • Define or confirm your strategy in a specific area through quality market intelligence
  • Obtain benchmarking data that will allow you to gain internal buy-in or help to put together a strong business case
  • Benchmark your current performance in a specific area against the marketplace
  • Determine best practice in an area that you have recently taken over and may not be your current specific area of expertise

Peer Review Offering

The Peer Review offering can be broken down into the following stages:

  • Research questionnaire development – A research project kick off meeting will be held with you to ascertain the context and scope of the research you want us to carry out. The outcome of this step is to develop the research questionnaire, tailored specifically to the needs of your organisation.
  • Online survey – We will build an online survey, based on the bespoke questionnaire mentioned above, and will invite the relevant portion of our database to participate. The findings of the survey will be provided in the final report, complete with statistical analysis, expounding developing industry trends in this space.
  • Delivery of the final report – We will collate the information garnered from the online survey in a coherent and comprehensive report. Although the anonymity of the research participants will be maintained throughout the report, the individual answers will be qualified by the type, tier and geographical location of the financial institution providing each answer as applicable.
